Dorothy Brausch was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient, responsive and for those of us unfamiliar with everything plumbing, "user-friendly". we appreciated the variety of selections Facets had, and the quick timing with which it was available.

Huge thanks to Dorothy at the Huntersville location! She has a great eye for detail and even found us a specialized shower sprayer that wasn't yet on the market. The prices were excellent, and the entire team—from Dorothy to the warehouse staff—was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend them and will be back for our next project.

We have a Builders Account with Hughes Supply/Facets and our rep in Huntersville, Kayla Tadeo, is the best! We mostly use Facets for our plumbing fixtures and they have an amazing showroom with a large selection and Kayla is knowledgeable about all of it! She makes it really easy for our clients to put together a beautiful plumbing package that is within budget and keeps me up to date with our orders. We would recommend Facets to anyone that is building or remodeling!
